The company’s R&D Center has more than 80 researchers, including 2 doctors and over 50 masters. More than half of the staff hold senior professional titles, and over 90% of researchers are young talents under 40 years old. The R&D Center specially appoints Dr. Yang Deren, Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chang Jiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and Professor of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University, as the company’s technical expert.

Since its establishment, the company has been committed to the research and development of silicon ingots, silicon lapped wafers, silicon polished wafers, silicon epitaxial wafers and application technologies for new semiconductor materials. It takes a leading position in China in the research of semiconductor silicon materials and maintains an internationally advanced level.

Up to now, the company holds 24 authorized national patents, including 13 invention patents. It has led or participated in the formulation of 12 national and industrial standards. The company maintains sound cooperation with the Institute of Semiconductor Materials and the State Key Laboratory of Silicon Materials at Zhejiang University, and has built various technical innovation platforms.
