Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for process debugging, production operation and process optimization of epitaxy testing, cleaning and surface inspection procedures.

2. In charge of on-site production management and improvement, team management, and 6S site safety management.

3. Ensure the stable operation of on-site systems including SPC, RMS, EAP, MES and FDC, and establish, continuously optimize and improve on-site standardized operating procedures.

4. Put forward and optimize process requirements related to equipment maintenance, and cooperate with equipment engineers to ensure smooth production.

5. Undertake technical research and tackling of epitaxy-related technical topics.

6. Assist the department manager in proposing plans for the introduction of new technologies, new processes and new equipment.

7. Assist the department manager in completing other relevant work tasks.

Job Requirements:
